"Once again our appointment was cancelled and rescheduled. 20 minutes before the appointment time. That’s ridiculous! Fortunately I was home and it was a remote visit but the lack of consideration and respect you have to cancel an appointment 20 minutes prior is soooo unprofessional! Seems it Monarche’s standard operating procedure! ."

And the process of getting a appointment was grueling and an uphill battle. Absolutely recommend to avoid Monarch to any and every person that asks or mentions this horrendous operation. After doing the first assessment, they told us she would be waitlisted for a therapist and we never heard back. 6 weeks and 3 phone calls later, still no change or update regarding when I can expect my daughter to get help. Why are you taking new patients and assessing them, only to waitlist them for weeks? Clearly can't handle their current workload and this is not a place to seek out for immediate help."

"Monarch has been very helpful to me. I see a therapist and an NP to monitor the medications I take. I've done well with the therapists I've had, just 3 in 4 years. I connected really well with the last 2 I had. They gave great ideas to help me deal with things when they feel out of my control. The NP who works on my medications stays in touch with my primary care doctor so everybody is moving in the same direction. I really like this, not all places do keep in touch with your primary doctor. I've used other places, this is the most well put together one I've found. They've got you covered in every way. I definitely recommend it."
