"15 mins behind and the doctor refused to see me. I adjusted my schedule to meet , waited 2 months to get in and when I couldn't find their office because they are located inside the emergency room building and have no signs up for running a pulminology office out of an ER building its my fault for being late. This practice is lacking customer service. The front desk receptionist was excellent and very kind. It's the doctor's that need a course in customer service."
