"I went to Piedmont for a specialty Pulmonologist appointment. Dr. Masood's bedside manner is horrible!!!! I had to make sure I was stern about her actually having a discussion about what was going on with me because she was so unclear, not telling me anything!! They are extremely disrespectful of your time!!!! There is no structure whatsoever!!!! While I'm sitting in the lobby, the nurse asked me if I wanted to do three tests. That was strange because I hadn't even been taking back to see the doctor yet or anything. I had never experienced that in my entire life of going to the doctor. I'm a new patient and you haven't even had a discussion with me to even have a premise for these three tests!!!! I was mind blown and not in a good way. And you went to what educational institution for you nursing license? The nurse asked me about 20 questions in triage, the doctor asked me the same questions after the nurse. Where is the organization?!!! A truly horrible experience and waste of time and copay. I did not feel good leaving here, the way I was treated made me feel worse. Do better!!!!!"
