"This review is based on my brother’s experience. The staff treated my brother in a disrespectful and unprofessional matter. They canceled his appointment without notifying him because they assumed his balance was not paid off. The second instance was the lab tech who immediately asked how he was paying. This was an odd occurrence because I have gotten labs done at this location and I have never been asked to pay before. It was also upsetting that the front staff kept misgendering and not calling him by his preferred name. This was extremely frustrating to experience for him. However he did say that the doctor he saw and the nurses took good care of him. I hope things will improve."

Yuval has been able to provide me with excellent ongoing and preventive care for a handful of chronic conditions, showing a confidence in his own skills and training that instills my confidence in him, and my confidence in Avance Care. I also see it as a recognition on his part that I do not have time in my schedule to spend in multiple specialists’ waiting rooms for conditions that are general enough to not warrant specialty care. Plus - one time I had a mystery urgent care situation arise, and I was able to quickly get an appointment at Avance on a Friday afternoon, a referral for an immediate ultrasound and then a barrage of follow-ups until we figured out the root cause and got a treatment plan. Really top-notch care!"
