"This facility and Doctor are very unprofessional and the front office as well as the manager. I was seen there for a year but after I didn't agree with Dr. Wolf treatment he punished me by not filling my medication early as he did all year and then discharging me...knowing I am moving to Europe in weeks he left me with just enough refills to stop right before my move as if this is morally right to do to anyone. Punished me further by the discharge not just for him but their entire facility, all locations. Then and to this day are witholding me records so I can't get treatment anywhere else in the area. I've tried over 30 Doctors and noone will see me. I've emailed them begging for help, just ignored. No records, no medication and no Doctor. They just abandoned me. I even drove over an hour to be seen by the same place and a different Dr. They wouldn't let me see the Dr because this Dr, Wolf, made sure to discharge me from all locations just to be extra mean. Now with me leaving and no records, I can't get treated anywhere and all I needed was one more refill, which he refused today. As if he hasn't done enough harm, now just making sure I don't have relief from this debilitating disease right before my international move. He is pure evil and I wouldn't trust him with my worst enemy. Understand, I am a single mom of 2 with a chronic pain disease through all limbs, incredibly painful. This Doctor put his ego above his oath and left me and my kids in harms way. If you go here beware, the minute you disagree or speak up about the many problems here, your out and they will make you pay even if it threatenes your life. They don't care. Save yourself the future pain and find another place to go."
"Poorly operated facility, with a lazy receptionist that doesn't really care to pay attention to details when trying to correspond with your Dr. The end result is you CANT REACH ANYONE WHEN CALLING. And when they mess up your medicine they are never available to fix the issue. I'm a new client of theirs and will be changing Drs. ASAP, THERE ONLY EXCUSE IS "WE ARE UNDERSTAFFED. Or we are sorry" sick of this place."
"I truly have NEVER seen anything as unprofessional as this place in my entire life. I myself am a medical professional It was an awful experience that cost me a lot of wasted time. They treated me as if I was some dope addict from the street. The md filled a prescription with the pharmacy and refused to correct it I was given 2 appts where the doc was out “sick”. Then I was told by the receptionist not even a med tech that she was giving me permission to take meds. Go somewhere else. These people r the bottom of the barrel. Find a professional and this practice is not it!!! I gave the 1 star but it does not rate that"
"I have very mixed feelings about my experience with Dr. Ju and his staff. First of all, his nurse/medical assistant Jessica is wonderful. She's really nice, as is the receptionist. Dr. Ju is friendly and jokes around. However, he refused to prescribe the only pain medication that helps my pain. He gave me two possible diagnoses, neither of which explain my lower back pain. He wanted to increase my Lyrica, but would not let me get the prescription until several weeks later. He literally put a stop on it at the pharmacy. I needed to be able to start the increased dosage to give it enough time to know if it was going to work. My pain is intermittent and my next appointment was several weeks later. He also wanted to have me start Topamax at the same time as the increased Lyrica. How would I know which one was working then?? When I expressed concern about the possible side effects of the Topamax, he told me he wasn't sure how high the risk was and told me if I was concerned enough " I can Google it.". I was shocked. I tried emailing him with a few questions I had a few days after my last appointment. I had to send it to the receptionist. She got back to me with an email that frankly did not make much sense. I had to call and talk to a medical assistant. She still was not able to explain why he wouldn't let me increase the Lyrica sooner and I was frustrated. Not to mention I was about to run out of the Lyrica before he would let me get it at the pharmacy. I ended up cancelling my third appointment and I'll be going to a different doctor. Think long and hard before going to this doctor with chronic pain. Oh and yeah - I had to wait TWO AND A HALF HOURS to see the doctor. When I was seen, I really felt he was rushing because he said his staff was getting ready to leave for the day."
"In my time as a patient of those office I've seen several providers. For the most part they have all been excellent at listening to my description of complaints and working with me to design a treatment program specific to my needs. I am currently seeing Cathy and it's my pleasure to say that her skills and knowledge is exceptional. She takes the time to consider alternate therapies and then goes the extra mile to look into insurance coverage for potential procedures. I am completely comfortable with her as my provider. The fact that the support staff is fantastic is just icing on the cake. Thank you all for the amazing things that you've done for me."
