I was nervous when I arrived because this was the first time I had this done, but Kayla quickly put my mind at ease by explaining what to expect from start to finish. She did an incredible job and I really enjoyed my experience thanks to her kindness and professionalism. I am looking forward to more experiences at OVME, Cary Nc! :)"

My experience with the customer service at Ovme Medical Spa's Cary, NC location has been extremely disappointing as a someone who has a membership. The lack of communication and professionalism exhibited by the staff has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. To begin with, I was shocked to discover that there were no aestheticians available at the Cary location. So no skin treatments have been available for months now. It is unclear what has happened and a bit strange, as all of them seem to have left without any prior notice? What's worse is that no one from Ovme bothered to inform me about this significant change. I only found out after numerous failed attempts to schedule an appointment online. When I finally reached out to the staff to inquire about the situation, I was met with blame and excuses. They tried to place blame on me, stating that they did not inform me because I didn't have a scheduled appointment on their calendar. This kind of response is a bit unacceptable and unprofessional. As a paying customer and a monthly member, I expected better treatment and communication from OVME. It is disheartening to be unable to use my membership benefits at the location closest to me and instead be instructed to drive to their Chapel Hill location, which is a considerable inconvenience and an hour away from my residence. I would also like to express my sadness regarding the departure of the former esthetician, Mandy. She provided exceptional service, and her absence has only compounded the disappointment I have experienced at the Cary location. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Ovme Medical Spa in Cary, NC. The lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and inconvenience have left me seriously questioning the level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction at this establishment. I will be exploring alternative options for my aesthetic needs, as I believe it is crucial to be treated with respect and transparency as a customer."
