"Well I went their today in morning time and I was as sit by Norma she is the secretary their but she is so professional very on point super people person and she work with me and my request to point I’m very satisfied with her work . Very fast and she even help to speed up my process. I just want to say thank you she is a keeper. I will be recommending you all for next time."

"I never go to the doctor-ever. I couldn't shake a sore throat and cold so I went in this morning. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. 1) intake staff were very nice. Yes it took a minute because I had never been there but not unreasonable 2) the MA was fantastic-incredibly patient, understanding, and empathetic. I wish I had gotten her name because she was truly incredible 3) The PA that saw me took plenty of time and I never felt rushed at any time. We had a great chat about the use of different medications and I felt like he truly had my best interests in mind. I believe the PA's name was Peter but I should have paid better attention-he was absolutely wonderful. Looks like there are some mixed reviews here but my experience was nothing less than 5 star and I really appreciate the care team."

"Front desk service has been up/down for several years but the provider there are excellent. I’ve seen Dr. Daud for 10yrs and you won’t find a more compassionate, thorough, experienced, “whole mind & body-connected” physician who inherently actually cares tremendously for every single one of her patients. The urgent care PA (Henry) there is a great person, very soothing, knowledgeable and pragmatic…he’s one of the best I’ve met. Crystal or Kim, past nurses and Nicole…everyone who’s there, please don’t leave! Even the practice owner (Mohammed), I’ve known for years and he’s so compassionate, kind and always works so hard to provide quality care. This urgent care has great hours and will do their best to get you in. Give them a try!!!"

"Horrible experience! Stay away! I had to go there for my job to get some tests done. On the phone, the receptionist sounded nice. When I got there, the 2 receptionists were very rude and even laughed at some of the questions I had. Did the tests and they said they would email my results to me and my job. It’s been 5 weeks and nobody has gotten any emails. Well, 2 weeks later, I call them whey haven’t they sent anything. They said they were waiting for me to call them that they had computer issues. I asked why haven’t they called me when they noticed the problem. The receptionist started stuttering and said she had been trying. No you haven’t. No calls, no emails, no text to this day. The receptionist said they lost my drug test. When I go into the back, all the nurse does is listen to my heart and that’s it. He tells me that the receptionists are incompetent and to take my paperwork directly to my job. When I go out front the 2 receptionists and the main doctor refuse. They say that they cannot give me any of my medical records. The nurse heard this and tried to get them and they wouldn’t budge. They say they will email my job right now with the paperwork. Well, 5 days go by. I go up there and tell them that it’s illegal to not give a patient their medical records. The receptionist instantly prints my paperwork out. I ask if that’s everything. She says yes. I take it to my job. 2 days later my job says they are missing some stuff. I have to go back to the doctor and demand the rest. They reluctantly print out the rest and give it to me. Very unprofessional and will advise everyone to not go there. You can even look through the reviews and see how they argue with any low score and try to pass the blame instead of apologizing and admitting when they are wrong."

"Not one star because the majority of the staff was friendly and super helpful. If I was reviewing my doctor individually I would want to give less than one star. Possibly the least attentive doctor I’ve had with the worst bedside manor. I was concerned about going to urgent care after a history of UC/ER doctors ignoring me and mishandling my care, but had no choice after the extreme pain, chills, and nausea last night nearly made me go to the emergency room. But I started to feel at ease as my nurse listened to my medical history and took note of the odd way my body has reacted to extreme pain (I have experienced sepsis, ruptured organs, etc. but I never have a proper pain response, sometimes feeling little to no pain while an organ shuts down). He assured me that he would pass the information off to my doctor. When my doctor entered the room, he immediately used the wrong name, showing how little he had spoken with my nurse and he had absolutely no knowledge on any symptoms I had discussed with the nurse (which I had done in length). At one point while asking me questions (which he would then interrupt my answers) he turned his body away from me and stopped acknowledging me, only talking to my guest in the room. I tried to explain my past medical history and I could see him losing interest as he tried to cut me off and change the subject. It was very clear to me that he wanted me in and out, with as little interaction as possible. All my fears about going in and having my situation dismissed because of my body’s history of responding to pain abnormally were not only confirmed but exceeded as he got more short and less explanative while I tried to give context. He told the person with me (as he had stopped talking to me at this point) that I haven’t shown symptoms that I had written down as my symptoms on the page right in front of his face. Even after explaining to him that my body responds abnormally to pain, he told me how his diagnosis hinged on the fact that I was not in much pain at that moment. He either ignored what I was telling him, or didn’t care about my concern. After prescribing me meds he told me to hurry to the pharmacy then walked out without so much as a goodbye, leaving me and my guest confused about whether we needed to check out/how we were expected to. It was abrupt and only confirmed that he just wanted to be in and out with limited interaction. I’ve had great experiences with the rest of the staff so the visit wouldn’t mark this urgent care off for me entirely per se, but I would not want to waste a urgent care visit and copay by speaking with Dr. Jinzhao Ji again."
