"Ignored for the first time there for 35 minutes. Was sold prosthetic inserts, of different sizes, that had been shaved down for someone else, as new inserts and charged to Medicare. Not given a receipt. When mismatched prosthetics were returned, they had to order the the correct size. All in all, made three trips to get the inserts. Then discovered the shoes had to be ordered; none onsite for sale, only could be ordered. So I left with the prosthetics and have to look for shoes that will fit my feet and the prosthetic. I am stuck with walking boots until this is sorted out. For my first purchase of devices to make it possible to walk, after a devastating diagnosis, this was a depressing and discouraging experience. I am shocked this business was associated with Duke Orthopedics."

"I have been here two visits, and I had to wait 39 & 23 minutes each visit past the appointment time to be seen by a provider. I finally received a call to pick up my Orthotics one month after my initial visit. Staffs are friendly, but the wait time is just way too long for both the appointment and the follow-up."

"Glenn helps me so much, even when I don't have an appointment. Everyone's is so nice to you when you are there. No matter what the problem is Glenn is always happy to help. If you are an amputee or need braces for your legs this is the place to go, I have never been unhappy or disappointed when I left."
