"Received horrible service from a pharmacy tech. I prepaid for a prescription. They put the prescription back BEFORE time and told me I did not order nor pay for the prescription when the app showed I clearly did both. They did not apologize for the inconvenience."

"This CVS is MASSIVELY understaffed. I wait 30+ minutes just on the phone to speak with someone in the pharmacy. They underestimate Rx pick-up times. Wait time is absurd. I usually have to go into the store to have help rather than call. The staff look miserable. I go extra days without my medicine if I need quantity adjustments because I cannot get through to anyone on the phone in the pharmacy, and the refill times are astronomical. It takes way too much time out of my life. It’s bewildering. The WORST response to my feedback would be to impose extra demands on existing staff. I heard from a CVS staff member that pharmacy workers quit immediately after hire because they can’t handle it. Please reduce executive salaries if you need to so that you can double the staff please — 2 pharmacists and 6 pharmacy assistants at all times. Please. Pharmacists have been asked to do so much, especially with the pandemic and they aren’t rested well. They do more work but there is still only one present behind the counter? How is that sustainable for anyone? It’s a massive inconvenience to me, my family, and others to have wait diminished access to care and extenuating waits that impact ability to get meds and live life."

"Worst experience ever. Wait, wait, look around, wait, wait, wait! Very disorganized after they told me to come back in 30 min after they failed to call Dr. the Friday before. Now it’s Tuesday and I am literally sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes an refusing to pull up! Absolutely ridiculous."

"Prescriptions are rarely if ever ready by the time they promise, and sometimes if you call to verify first you’ll be on hold forever. They’re just too busy - I’d choose someplace else if it’s an option!"
