Roxboro Durham location new staff needs to have bedside manner classes, you don't laugh at people on the phone when they ask you a serious questions, and the pharmacist should not tell you that he is doing this in "good favor" when it is his Job to fill the prescription. I hate that Joe isn't the pharmacist anymore. He was down to earth and took his job as a pharmacist very seriously and was very nice and had manners. We will be finding another pharmacy. They don't close at 2 pm on Saturday, they close at 1 pm, and haven't changed their time when we're told a year ago, but you don't know that if you're looking at the time on app."
