"Have been trying to get in contact via phone for over 30 mins and no response. Dr couldn’t get them on the phone either. Ridiculous."
"Unfortunately, we've had to use your pharmacy twice in the last week, and both experiences were just awful. The first time, although the prescription was ready, I had to wait an additional 1/2 hour because I was using a GoodRX coupon. Today, my husband was picking up three prescriptions after intense dental surgery. All three prescriptions were noted as ready for pick up. However, when he got there, his pain medicine was \"out of stock\" and he was given no indication when it would be available. Really?? The unprofessionalism, the lack of customer service, the wait time and the overall experiences in your pharmacy are just not acceptable. We're going to be changing pharmacies as quickly as possible."
"It’s the worst pharmacy ever. Staff there are so rude. I refilled prescription twice and they canceled it without notifications. When I can to check why. The pharmacist was so rude and said she’s busy and will call me back then hang up."
"The pharmacists at this CVS were so kind and helpful!"
"I had to make many calls the pharmacist and doctor to get a prescription filled. I understand that the some days are busy and the pharmacist has more than they can handle, but it was a bit frustrating to have to call the doctor to get my prescription sent to the CVS instead of transferring it from Caremark. It's really not CVS' fault as it's our drug laws that makes moving prescriptions very complicated. Once my doctor sent the prescription over, it was filled quickly."
