"My primary care doctor gave them a referral. It took them 3 weeks to call me because they claimed they needed to "clear it with my insurance." I don't know why that takes so long, either you accept Cigna or you don't. Then they finally call and say that I need to come in for a 3 hour appointment. I say that I am a stay at home mom and that won't work for me. I can come in for 2 hours while my son is at preschool, but that's it. They refused to take me as a patient. So you better have a job that lets you take an entire half-day off work if you want to be a patient here."
