"Worse service ever. Here is my experience. Took forever to get the appointment, Wrong and exaggerated examination report, no flexibility in service, sent statement after almost 1.5 years, called many times to pay bill, but transferred to different numbers, not emailing the receipt of payment(asked and provided email address) I Will definitely share my experience to pediatrics who referred."

"Was referred to Compleat Kidz in Apex by my son's doctor for speech and OT evaluations. After the evaluation, we never received any communication or the results. I called several times and never heard back. This was in March of 2022. In April 2023 I got a bill from the evaluation threatening to send us to collections, this was the first bill we had received. Again I called the number on the bill to pay since there is no online pay and no answer. There are several much more professional resources for kids in the area, I would not recommend Compleat Kidz."

"Advised my child be home-school a day after I told them my truck had a collision… some days he would come home without eating his lunch, my pediatrician also stated they have heard complaints as well. Some of the staff were rude to me which I took lightly, but other staff were beautiful & knew how to help with my son who has autism & ADHD WHICH they told me before he started. If they couldn’t help a child with his disabilities they shouldn’t have wasted our time. My child grew on the program, I was VERY disappointed on how it ended."

"We've been taking our son to Christina for Speach Therapy for about 12 months. We have seen amazing improvements in his speech (he has learned well over 150 words, and he is heavily mimicking everything and using full phrases). Christina is very patient and friendly, and she always follows up and helps us reflect the work he needs to do at home as well. The staff is friendly and they all know my son by name. 10/10 recommend."

"Our son received Occupational Therapy with Linda Scott at the Apex location. We highly recommend both Linda and Compleat KiDZ. After taking 8 sessions with a different therapist and different therapy company, we found Linda. Linda did an amazing job! She was wonderful with our son helping him overcome the challenges he needed therapy for. In just a couple sessions, we could see a huge difference in the quality and care he received at Compleat KiDZ with Linda. Linda was able to address the challenges we were having and we could see changes in our son immediately. Linda was very knowledgeable and provided information on how I as a mom could continue helping my son between his therapy visits. I simply cannot say enough good about Linda. She is a great Therapist. Compleat KiDZ provided a great therapy environment. The location in Apex was neat, clean and always provided quality therapy tools to engage and help with the therapy needs of our son. I definitely will recommend Linda and Compleat KiDZ to anyone looking for pediatric therapy."
