"The reason I chose this pharmacy was because of its proximity to where I live. However, time and again this pharmacy has proven to be very inefficient and incompetent. They do not believe in communication at all. If your prescription is backordered or not available, you are not going to know about it. Reaching someone via phone will take long time, and I have been randomly cut off after a 15 minute wait. The associates are rude and unpleasant. We have also made multiple unnecessary trips to the pharmacy because of misinformation from the employees. I have given way too many chances to this place to benefit from the proximity, but it has proven to be a hassle more than anything. Please stay away, and choose another pharmacy."
