"It was really nice to be able to book an appointment on a Sunday. My pet was not in a dire condition and we didn't want to risk taking care from pets in serious conditions by taking our kitty to emergency care. But my cat was injured and needed to be seen at the earliest possible convenience. I was able to get her great care on a Sunday. Thank you to the staff who agree to work on a Sunday and being so lovely to my kitty. They were quite clear with costs and helped give us a clear plan for my cats treatment plan. I would highly recommend their services and if you have a pet that may require multiple visits a year, I advise signing up for their membership as it is cost effective for clinical exams."

"Both Lauren and Dr. Stephanie were so good with our sweet Noodle today. They were very gentle with him and worked with his anxiety no problem, and even knew his name upon arrival and got us right into a room! All prices were transparent, they accepted CareCredit as advertised, and the prices were fair. They gave us our options as far as our boy's sensitive tummy and went with what we were comfortable doing. All of the facts with none of the pressure. This will be Noodle's exclusive vet moving forward. Great job to the entire team!!"

"Dr. Jones and her technicians are the best! I have a very nervous, not-so-cooperative dog at the vet and they do everything they can to ensure he has a good experience. I used to have to quite literally drag my dog into other vet offices, but now he walks into Petfolk with his tail wagging. The facility is clean and very well maintained. They are thorough and caring towards pets and their humans. They send updates through out the day if your dog has to be left for a procedure and follow-up and check-in on your pet after each visit. I highly recommend Dr.Jones and her team!"
