The entire care team was very friendly and kind, Dr.Kimberly Dorsey was very clear and thorough in her bedside manner, made sure I was comfortable and pain free and is definitely a skilled and experienced clinician. "I’m really impressed with this visit so far. I made an “on my way” appointment using their website (just takes 2 clicks and putting in your name). Check in was quick, they had received my online checkin so I was already “in line”. The nurse saw me almost immediately and was very kind. They gave me an accurate idea of my wait times. Then I was called back quickly. I’m waiting to see the Doctor now but wanted to go ahead and leave a positive review as this was the smoothest and friendliest urgent care checkin I’ve ever had. It warned me that others with more serious problems could have priority. That makes sense. I showed up and within 5-minutes I was already in an examine room. So almost ZERO WAIT.
