I came in for a cough and the woman in the front Chelsea was very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr Ji examined me thoroughly and diagnosed me, I was in and out of the office within 1 hour! Thank you all for your great service!!!"

"I’m updating my review. Originally I had a challenging experience. I have to say I was surprised that I received a phone call from someone (so sorry I can’t remember her name) at AFC that was able to help me. She made sure my prescription was sent in to CVS pharmacy so that I wouldn’t have to visit another urgent care to get help. Thank you for correcting the situation and making sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate your help and understanding. You turned this whole experience around for me and I’m grateful."

"The facility is clean and welcoming, got me in and out quickly, on a Tuesday in the middle of the day. Staff was courteous and compassionate and care about my well-being. The young lady at the desk when I checked in and did my paperwork was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very helpful. "I think this may have been the most incredible urgent care experience I've ever had! I walked in way too late because I realized at 7:30 I wasn't going to be able to wait until the next day to go to my GP due to increasing pain. I honestly felt terrible about it! There was one woman up front who had the unfortunate job of handling both me and one other latecomer at the same time, and man did she rock it. Her and the doctor got me in and out in about 10 minutes because they knew I would need to have time to run next door to pick up medication before the pharmacy closed. To be fair, I had a pretty easy illness to diagnose, and I'm sure they really wanted to close on time, but I never felt that I was rushed because *they* wanted me out of there, only that I was rushed for my own benefit. Both women I interacted with were kind, understanding, and helpful, and they never made me feel like I was wasting their time by coming in late. In fact, they really helped calm my anxiety about it - I almost hadn't even come in in the first place because I felt so bad! Now don't get me wrong, please don't use this as an excuse to walk in at 7:30 if you can help it! Just know that you are in good hands if that does come to pass. Also - this isn't really a reflection on this urgent care, but the pharmacist next door was equally amazing and had my medication filled in record time even though she was completely by herself. Sincerely, a pharmacy technician who is really impressed all around!"
