"Went to Berkeley because the vision insurance had changed and my old eye doctor was out of network. I went for my annual eye exan and was told I had the beginning stages of glaucoma. The doctor googeled pictures of eyes with glaucoma but never showed me mine. Said I needed to schedule and pay for a $200 to $300 glaucoma test. Told me my contacts were not good (keep in mind I have been using the same contacts for years) suggested I look into a different pair which I declined as I have a good stock of them. This doctor scared me out of my wits. Decided to go to my doctor of 20 years and self pay - my eyes are perfect, NO GLAUCOMA, NO CATARACS nothing!!!! and told me there is no problem with my contacts and my eyes were perfect. This doctor has not only lost me as a patient but also my husband and 3 bonus kids."

"Dr Berkebile and his staff, simply put are the best!! Was having serious vision loss in left eye. Called my old eye Dr at CEENTA. WAS TOLD NURSE would call me back. Three days of me calling did not speak to a nurse. Then was told they could get me in sometime in March. Called Berkebile eye care. Spoke to the staff. THEY GOT ME IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR THE VERY NEXT DAY!! The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and understanding. I saw that all the patients there were getting the same care!! Dr Berkebile was great. Fortunately I was able to see him as their was an issue with my eyes. Will be getting surgery to correct the problem!! Had I waited the issue could have been much worse. If you need eye care I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BERKEBILE EYE CARE!! You will not be disappointed. The Doc6and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and wonderful!!"

His office is very clean and his staff are so friendly and helpful. They are great, plus the office is not far from our home. So happy I found a super optical eye care place!!"

"Just had my very first eye visit at Berkebile Eye Care and it was absolutely wonderful!! I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked through the door and the impression just kept growing as my appointment went on. The office is clean, fresh, modern, organized, and smelled really good. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was offered a coffee or water while filling out my paperwork. They don’t do the air in the eye thing, which was awesome! And Dr. Berkebile was extremely helpful and kind. He diagnosed me with astigmatism and the ladies let me try on 15 pairs of glasses (and I could have kept going if I wanted to)! They helped me figure out which frames looked the cutest on my face and gave me honest opinions of whether or not the frames looked good. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything either, which was fantastic. I’m so excited to get my glasses in and am looking forward to my next eye appointment! I will definitely be recommending this office to as many people as I can!"
