"Do not waste your time dealing with this provider’s office. As I’m five minutes away front desk called and let me know my provider was out sick during my scheduled time. Nobody knew he was going to be out at 8 am?! Thanks for the valuing my time…NOT! I’m living with a chronic condition and have to prioritize my health, this will be my last time visiting. I won’t continue to put up with nonchalant employees and so called doctors who don’t value their patient’s time. Terrible experience all around."

"They don't actually care about patient well-being at this facility. They wanted to perform evaluations that I had done with a few other doctors already just for that insurance check and provided no guidance on what they would do for my treatment. I also waited 1h15m before being seen by the doctor. My appointment was at 10AM...there is something fundamentally wrong with your scheduling if you're that behind by then. Lookup "NC Medical Board" to place complaints against these providers."

"I would give this location 2 stars because Dr. Wallace is fantastic, but she's leaving the practice now so that doesn't matter. This place is not transparent with how they bill things - I went in for a yearly physical and to establish a new primary care physician. Per usual that came with a few blood tests and standard STI screening - all of which are covered as preventative care through my insurance. Several months pass and I receive a bill for over $900 because this location sends all of their lab tests to the hospital lab, so I was hit with hospital billing that is only partially covered until I hit my deductible. Gotta love an insurance scam that's considered legal. Seriously, if you go here, ask in advance how they bill everything so you have an idea of what to expect."

"My doctor here is absolutely wonderful. The actual practice though is what I have a problem with. The staff that answer the phone are extremely rude and disregard any concern you have. The portal takes 2-3 days to get a response. That’s understandable. But if there’s something urgent to address there’s no way to notify your doctor without waiting a few days. The staff on the phone are rude, dismissive, and have a bad tone. It’s a shame they’re so terrible when the actual practitioners are amazing."
