"As healthcare providers ourselves, our recent experience at Cary Medical Clinic in Cary for an immigration medical examination was particularly disappointing. The primary issue was the inconsistent communication regarding the timeline for results. Initially, we were informed that the results would be available within 8-10 days. However, this changed to a 3-week timeframe upon our departure. Such a significant discrepancy in information is not only inconvenient but also impacts planning and decision-making processes. Furthermore, there was a notable lack of clarity regarding the COVID-19 vaccine requirements. During our visit, it was explicitly stated by the provider that the COVID vaccine was not mandatory. This was later contradicted in a phone conversation where we were informed of its necessity. In the medical field, accurate and consistent information is paramount, and this kind of inconsistency is concerning. Additionally, we were initially informed that the vaccine could be administered at the clinic, but were later advised to visit a pharmacy for the same, reflecting a disorganization in services offered. The interaction with the front desk staff also left much to be desired. When I sought clarification about the differing information provided over the phone and during the visit, the staff member disengaged and did not address my concerns, which is not in line with the professional conduct expected in healthcare settings. As fellow medical professionals, we understand the challenges involved in healthcare delivery. However, clear communication, consistency in information, and professional patient interactions are fundamental to quality care. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, and that Cary Medical Clinic will implement necessary measures to improve their service standards."

"Danielle DuFresne changed my life. My first visit I had a list of health concerns. She spent so much time with me talking about tests and options. She was kind and personable. She followed up with me and remembered me. I have always dreaded all medical appointments but she makes it almost fun! She identified that I needed a medication change and it fixed my symptoms. "The doctors here have no regard or care for patients health, we went here seeking primary care help, my spouse has an issue and its been over 3 days now that the doctor has not even called or checked in, this tells me the care they take of their patients, i am not sure if she has looked at the test results or not, but we had to quickly call back home and get consultation from a known doctor who adjusted the dosage as time was of the essence, I would try avoiding such practices In fact we called twice and the first time the operator mentioned the doctor was busy and could not take a look at the results Called again today and they mentioned that the doctor will be informed. Such a practice should not be approved at all, not sure how other patients are treated here but this was our experience and we will never be going back there again"
