"She pretty much told me that I was stupid because I did not want the Covid vaccine. I said I never leave the house,so I was pretty safe anyways. She told me that I was a problem for other people turns out she was wrong."
"I called Dr. Bansal office today to find out if I could do a reschedule for my appointment. The person who attended my call today 06/08/2020 at 1:20 in the afternoon was very rough, it seemed that she didn’t want to answer my call and while I was talking this person was breathing so deeply as if she were tired of hearing my voice or not wanting to do her job. I felt horrible because her answers were short and she wasn’t nice at all. I can’t believe this happened in a doctors office when patients are looking for an appointment alternative. I just asked for a possibility to change my appointment. That was it. Nothing more. I am very disappointed!"
"Dr. Bensal is not a patient advocate. A simple primary care visit to establish a doctor in the area cost me $700 when it should have been free. Changing doctors. BCBS personally contacted office to help me and she still refused. Not friendly!"
"Dr. Bansal is awesome! She is attentive, accurate and thorough in her diagnosis. I’ve never felt rushed, she and her nurse are both kind and gentle. I felt her manner to be very comfortable and she is a good listener, even when you’ve Googled your own symptoms! I think she’s a great primary care physician and I trust her. Also I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and the waiting room and exam rooms are modern and clean. Oh, and they respond promptly to phone calls and have online appointment scheduling available which I appreciate."
"I switched to this practice after having poor service and high arrogance, poor listening at my old provider. Dr. Bansal does a great job of listening and supporting my goals to be healthy. She gives me choices, and explains the pros and cons. She is encouraging without being judgmental."
