"Never going back to the Chapel Hill office-terrible customer service and I do not recommend them. I was trying to get my son’s laser fraxle treatment completed for a facial scar. It is important that you complete these in a timely manner. He does not live here and we had timed these apart. We hit a lot of traffic and were one minute past the 10 minute policy. For that one minute-one minute!- they would not see him even though I explained he would not be back for a year and he is flying out the next day on a 6 am flight. I also asked if they could use the ice treatment like they did by a different provider from their Cary office who did the treatment in chapel hill with the same machines and they would not do it. Such terrible customer service! You can’t make an exception for one minute under the circumstances for a customer? I do not recommend the Chapel Hill office and I will not be going back."
