"Just wanted to say Christopher was outstanding in helping me find what I was looking for. I know that I was a little bit of a hassle, yet he kept a smile on his face. I will definitely be going back!!!!!"
"This store is always clean. Everyone that works in the store has always been professional, friendly, and caring."
"Incredibly rude service from the pharmacy team. I called, as directed by the automated text message, about a prescription refill looking for some clarity, and was met with someone who has no business working in pharmaceuticals. This medication is new to me, so I was trying to understand the refill process moving forward. He heard my question and made me feel like I was an idiot for asking. He repeated one sentence over and over as if I didn't hear him the first time (and was not the answer to my question), would not let me get any other questions out before he interrupted, and practically bit my head off when I did ask him to repeat one word. It got to the point I just had to hang up on him. I never write public reviews, but this isn't just a retail store or restaurant. A pharmacy needs to take better care to provide accurate information for medications, laws around those medications, and the health of their patients. Don't offer to answer questions if you aren't going to."
"The wait time in the CVS pharmacy at this store is too long. It is not a one time thing. If you need a CVS pharmacy then go to the CVS further down MLK at the shopping center where the Harris Teeter and AMC is located."
"If I could not select any stars I would. Do not trust this pharmacy's automated system AT ALL. There have been multiple occasions that despite confirming with the provider that there are refills available, and asking both in person and through the automated system for CVS to fill these, their response is 'we've asked your provider to refill and we haven't heard from them'. That seems to be CVS-speak for we don't have your meds ready but we're not going to be accountable for that! I've even had texts from their automated system saying it's ready - and when I arrive to pick up...there's flurry of activity behind the counter and then I get the response that my provider hasn't answered their request (despite verbal confirmation from the provider that it's been done). A lot of finger-pointing and multiple times of me walking out with out the necessary medications. not again!"
