"Stated that my daughter had hearing loss. Stated that my daughter would have to get sedated for a hearing test, which we refused. They stated that she would need to get sedated in order to get tubes in her ears. Thankfully, we got a second and third opinion. Turns out she had no hearing loss, no fluid in her ears and did not need any surgeries. I am very concerned with this practice ethics and will be flagging for fraud."

"Super inexperienced audiologist, they are doctrinairism and never change with the real situation. They "claim" my bb has right ear hearing loss, while in ABR test, they didn't get full result of right ear and spent half time on the left ear, and asked us to pay thousands more for another test. They don't know how to soothe babies. The testing machine tangled all the time during the test, wasting so much time untangling those freaking lines!!!"
"Avoid this place at all costs, even if your doctor refers you here. Billing is confusing and your insurance will deny coverage, and the doctors here are too young and inexperienced. Do not trust their newborn hearing screening test or ABR results. You will end up paying thousands without getting accurate results."
