"I was unsure of what to expect because the reviews on here are so mixed. After having a subpar experience with another ENT practice, I was relieved to have an excellent experience at this ENT office. The front desk staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to get me scheduled for some follow up appts I needed at another clinic. Dr. Kimple listened to my concerns, addressed them thoroughly, and had great bedside manner. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen, and had several appointments at this clinic. Parking was abundant and free, appts were running on time, and the office was clean. Edited to add that I had surgery with Dr. Kimple and it went as well as I could’ve hoped."

"Don't take the stairs! The doors are locked leading from the stairs. After climbing three flights of stairs, I had to go all the way back to the bottom floor. You must use the only small old noisy elevator in the building. Unless you have a badge to scan to unlock the door from the stairs. As normal I waited over an hour for my appointment. To see the doctor who put I was adopted in my file the last time I saw him. I'm not adopted. Lol"

"The VA sent me here for my referral and some NP Diana M. Shipp wrote up a false medical report weeks after my visit that is now in my permanent health record! What she did should be against the law seriously, it could have really affected my healthcare especially since I am treated at the VA. Thankfully my character and reputation at the VA and with my doctor outweighs her lies. I would like to see Diana M. Shipp behind bars for the stunt she pulled! Stay far away from this place!!!!!!!"
