"The service here is friendly and fast. They make you feel like a person, and not another patient. If you have a little urgence, go there instead of the ER. They'll take great care of you!"
"On Wednesday, I made an appointment for 11:45 Friday (today) to have a simple 15 minute procedure done. Upon arrival I was told that the wait time would be up to 2 hours and that the appointment times are not prioritized in any way over walk-ins. Instead of checking in and returning in 90 minutes (which I would have done), it was recommended that I visit the Durham location. Everyone there was friendly, but there is a FAST Med system/policy issue everyone should be aware of. Your appointment may be honored unless the location is busy with walk-ins that day. In other words, it is first come, first serve, so the appointment system is useless."
"I was misdiagnosed this past Tuesday Dec 19th by Dr. Todd as having "just some virus" so I was sent home and told to get MucinexDM, Aleve, and Tylenol. A few days go by and I am not that much better. I go to a different Urgent Care and am diagnosed with the flu strain A via a PCR test today 12/23. If I was diagnosed correctly on Tuesday I could have taken tamiflu or what I took today Xofluza and very likely been better by now. Unfortunately BOTH of those medications are much more effective when taken within 48 hours of initial symptoms. When I went to Fastmed on Tuesday the 19th it would have been 28 hours or so so from the onset of symptoms, well within the 48 hours. Thanks for ruining my Christmas holiday Dr. Todd and FastMed, now it seems like I will have to struggle with the flu through Christmas. I am hosting family currently that flew into town as well and now they can't really be around me. I also have a 9 year old child I have to care for and try to make their Christmas special. I truly disappointed and upset about how this was mishandled."
"After having a horrible experience at the Burlington location, going to the chapel hill location was like a breath of fresh air! Everyone was kind and helpful, from the front desk to the Doctor in the exam room. I was able to express my concerns about my experience at Burlington location without prejudice. The doctor was understanding and in the end I was able to get my pre employment physical finished. I highly recommend the Chapel Hill location and advise no one to go to the Burlington."
"Uneducated highschool grad runs the front desk and phones. Rude, angry and useless. They treat you like filth here. They hung up the phone on me because I had questions. Also, this clinic lost my pre-employment drug screen. Never go to this garbage clinic. It’s filthy, unprofessional, and disgusting. I am ashamed to give them any of my business. Won’t happen again."
