"This clinic offers free services which is awesome to those that need it. The catch since it is free you'll be seen typically by entry level medical students. Because they are also grant funded and need to allocate the money to many patients they will be very stingy with testing and treatment options. The wait is a long time, a typical visit takes about 3 to 4 hours and requires constantly repeating to the medical students what your issues and concerns are. It seems that this place is best for low cost, easy, routine work, like annual physicals, STI testing, and child vaccinations."

"No care is received at this clinic. I have been playing phone tag with the care manager for a week now to get the results from a test I had done but there is no one available to answer phone calls during business hours. The med student who drew my blood looked scared to death, which was incredibly comforting for someone afraid of needles. The group of 3 med students who bombarded me with repetitive questions for 30 minutes were unable to offer any real insights or medical advice. It may have been free, but I have wasted a good amount of time dealing with these folks when I could have been receiving care elsewhere. It seemed like the only actual service provided was free immunizations to children. If someone can ever get my test results back, I may upgrade this review a star."

"Poor care if you are lucky to even be seen. After three times of taking off work to get there always get turned away , save your time and don't bother. The two times I actually got seen they chipped a healthy tooth , second they lied about services provided for eye clinic. I tried once again , was the first person there and waited for five hours only to be told I was not selected to be seen. Despite being there early and telling them that I was in so much pain to the point of me not being able to eat."
