"This was my first pregnancy/birthing experience, and I thought it sounded nice to go to a combo group practice where I would get to meet multiple OBGYNs and CNMs, ensuring that I would know whomever was eventually going to deliver my baby. In hindsight though, I wish I had chosen one doctor who would have a chance to get to know me and my baby throughout the 9+ months. As another review pointed out, we spent a lot of time waiting for providers to see us, and most visits made me feel like a first time patient because it was all based on charting (that sometimes wasn't great; there were even a couple instances of opposing information). Luckily I had a fairly straightforward and healthy pregnancy, so there wasn't too much extra physical care to navigate, but mentally I think I would have done better elsewhere. The providers here are very nice, but the hope I had of having a comfortable childbirth where I felt I knew the person delivering my child didn't materialize, and instead I felt like a stranger throughout the whole experience."

"They walked in and told us very bluntly that our baby was missing limbs and organs without preparing us at all. Obviously I became emotional and they suddenly softened. They act as if they have never delivered bad news before and like it was no big deal they had just told me that my baby would likely die. Turns out their ultrasound tech was just terrible at her job and was too cool to take her time to so she rushed. My baby has everything, limbs, organs... something is wrong but it’s not that she’s missing anything. These people are awful. Terrible bedside manners. I will never go back to them outside of an emergency. Very traumatic experience. I can’t believe I have to pay them for their “services”."

"Everyone from the ladies on the phone, to front desk, nurses and my Dr. are all amazing. I have never had a Dr. I loved so much. My ONLY critique would be to space out the appts! Esp for those popular Drs. It is not uncommon to wait an hour past your appt time to be seen. I spoke with several people on several different occasions and their response was "Yeah, she stays booked up" " yeah, she usually runs behind we schedule her back to back".....so if everyone knows this, maybe we should give each appt time a longer slot? Just a thought :)"

"Dr Beasley is one of the best Drs out there, knowledgeable compassionate kind and really cares for her patients. Despite of a little rocky start with her appointment team, id highly recommend her and Kelly the clinic manager."
