FastMed Urgent Care

"Fastmed urgent care is the worse they will kill you, they allow there racism and the PA aka fake Dr. JESSICA JONES IS A MURDERER, she gets to joke and play with people's lives and don't let you be a black person she is rude and very disrespectful. She violates the HIPPA LAWS and not to think she is a MURDERER. I was in the clinic on November 19 and saw and heard how rude she was to a patient and her staff. She stated out loud while me and my friend was in exam room 2 and told her nurse the kid was drunk and had HIV thenshe laughed I would never recommend these clinics ...... sad but I will never be back. I actually would give them a negative 5 stars."

"Visited at 5:45pm on Monday January 29, 2024. Very disappointed in the experience. No communication about wait times or expectations for the visit. Patients that came in and stated they were sick were not required to wear masks. Ipads were not sanitized between guests that were visibly ill."

"I had to go here for a medical issue. The previous urgent care I had gone to days earlier (not FastMed) had given me the wrong medication for my type of issue. So I ended up getting worse. Making an appointment online was super easy! When I got there the staff was incredibly nice and kind! The check-in process was simple and on a tablet (which they cleaned very well after I used it). The tech was very nice and funny, helping calm my nerves. The Dr was amazing! The procedure was painful AF, but he was very kind and did an awesome job. At my follow-up, everyone (staff, tech, different Dr) was extremely awesome! Best place to go for any urgent care or physicals, workman's comp, whatever. My only issue (and why I took away one star) is it's their policy to charge the full amount ($199) for the follow-up appointments. Just to go back and say "looks great" and be on my way. I feel they could do better on that part."

"From the moment I walked in I didn’t feel at all welcome I was already feeling so bad with possible strep and the front receptionist was not at all inviting. Same with the nurse who took my swabs. And then I get on antibiotics for not even 2 days and start having a reaction to them and call them back to discuss with the doctor and the receptionist says she will have the doctor give me a call it’s been 2 days now and have yet to receive any phone call back. Thankfully I had other resources and got on another medication immediately, but someone else might not have been so lucky to have other resources and just waiting for a phone call back from this place in pain and worried what they should or shouldn’t do. Won’t return to this office ever again!"

"Great experience with FastMed Urgent Care. Convenient location with ample parking, reasonable wait time, and easy check in. The staff were efficient, friendly, and professional. We can expect to see an increase in flu, COVID, and RSV transmissions this time of year, so the facility was busy as were all of the urgent care centers that I had called, but the staff handled it well."
