"I had one of the best experiences at this FastMed location. I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front desk, but her and the provider Kristen Jones definitely went above and beyond to make sure my son had what he needed for his sports physical. They were patient while we figured o it if he even had the correct forms, and even assisted with finding one online. Unfortunately, it is not often you come across a staff that is so polite and willing to help you beyond their job description. I really appreciate everything they did for us. I recommend this location, and would definitely go back for any future visits if we need them. Thank you again!"
