"Unable to get through, they refuse to list the clinic number, listing a useless 866 call center number with infinite hold times so I never git through. I was considering trying this clinic for my cold but will either stay sick or go elsewhere since you can not reach them to find out how much they charge without insurance for ASI oke visit."
"Sent my daughter in for a TB skin test today 6/1/23 in the Renaissance Pkwy Minute Clinic. NP Subbulakshmi Settu injected my daughter in both her L and R arms for a routine TB Skin test. The L arm was punctured and bleeding. She told her that she would need to now inject the R arm. There is no record of the first injection. Nor did she adequately document what occurred. This is relatively simple, and we have done this many times before. Her lack of professionalism and lack of proper documentation coupled with the fact that she was likely rushing negatively impacted the quality of service provided. I have previous excellent experience with the Minute Clinics and this is unacceptable. I have reached out to provide feedback and have been informed that a supervisor would follow-up with me regarding this experience and the reading within 24-48 hours."
"Long waits, subpar care and customer service (have gone more than once). This particular occasion, I called ahead to verify that Minute Clinic could provide me with a certain service to which I received a “yes”. I went after work and I waited roughly 90 minutes only to be told they couldn’t help me. It would’ve been fine had they told me this initially (on the phone). It’s being mislead with incorrect information and wasting my time that upset me. To her credit, the physician tried to be sympathetic and understanding and offered to help me by providing a list of recommended providers (for a basic physical). I passed on that. Do not go if you can avoid it."
"This was the worst experience I have ever had at a minute clinic. I signed Up online because I had work at the time and really didn’t have a lot of time. I moved to NC from CT so I was Unfamiliar that target had cvs pharmacy’s inside. I was Looking for a cvs and then realized it was in target. When I got In I was Approached by a woman at 1:10 telling me that I would Have to sign in with my confirmation code. I had Three questions left when she approached the person who had just signed in and she took him in!!! I was Already extremely upset because I was In pain. I waited and after 20 minutes had gone by she walked out with him and told me “ I’m sorry, but it’s manadatory for me to take a lunch break I can See you after the break at 2. I told Her please it’s just a UTI and I just Need to get tested so I can Have some medicine. She said there was nothing she could do since she had to take her break. Which I understand It’s a law, but why the hell would you take someone before the person who was already checked in. That’s wrong and I will Never come back here or this target. That was so unprofessional and rude! I left And so did the family who signed up behind me."
"Would never come here again. The wait was so long I might as well have gone to Urgent Care. I arrived and put my name and the wait time said an hour and a half. I'm not at work because I don't feel well so I drive home and then drive back arriving fifteen minutes before my appointment. The nurse or doctor comes out and she tells me she has to go to lunch and that I need to wait thirty more minutes. I was the only person left on the list and I feel horrible and I've driven to and from Target twice now and now I'm being told to wait longer. I understand she has to eat but there's no point in this being called a minute clinic when I could have gone to urgent care known for long wait times and been attended to much faster. The woman who came Out to speak to me was completely apathetic and didn't offer any sort of apology. It just isn't pleasant being sick and then driving back and forth trying to be seen by a doctor just to be told to wait longer when I would have been better off resting at home all day."
