"This place is awful. My husband was sick with flu symptoms and we took him in the Saturday before Christmas, expecting it to be busy. People get sick around Christmas, I get it. Followed the instructions on the door. Pulled around back behind a car. Sat there until a pharmacy tech told us to pull into the wooden structure so they see us on camera. Nobody comes out for like thirty mins. I have called and texted the number they said four times in the past HR. No response. I finally go in because I'm not sick and there's NOBODY in the waiting room nothing and the staff is gossiping. It is 2:30! And then someone comes out and asks me "What do you NEED?" I respond with my husband sick and he's out in the car where we've been waiting an hr. "No more patients today sorry" SO. You could have answered the phone or the texts to say that but instead were just gossiping and not even caring for patients. Merry Christmas."

They took care of me, got me the prescription needed and I was on my way. This was my first time trying this location but after today I think I will make them my number 1 urgent care clinic to visit when needed."
