"My family used to have a great experience at this facility but as of lately we are not very happy. We like our doctor but now every appointment we make gets rescheduled multiple times, sometimes even the day of. The nursing staff is constantly changing and the new ones have zero personality and things feel chaotic. No matter what time your appointment is you end up waiting in a room for an extended period of time. We waited for two hours in a small room with a one year old for her vaccines and bloodwork…two hours! If you have all the time and patience in the world this is the right place for you, but if you have a job and a life and expect to be seen in a timely manner I would look elsewhere."
