"Never remembered when you scheduled an appointment with her, so ended up waiting days for her to see you and always having to track her receptionist Patricia down to ask her why Dr. Benel forgot your appointment . Always forgot to call your prescription in, damn near in withdrawal waiting on your prescription. I stopped seeing her for 5 months and started seeing a new doctor not any better just as slack as her. Called Dr. Benel’s office to get them to fax something to my new doctor’s office and Dr. Benel said she never had a patient by my name before. Tf?"
