"Very bad customer service experience. I went for the doctor visit on 12/12/2023. While I went to vision care to order my glass,I got to know that Dr didn’t check the prism lense. They asked to check with the Doctor because the glass I was wearing it has prism lense. Just for this thing they asked me to wait unless the doctor comes back. I requested to make it early because I need to order before end of the year. But simple they told they can’t help me. It’s ridiculous!!!!! No more university eye associates. I am done!!!! Hopeless.."

"I want to thank Dr. Huegel and the clinical and administrative staff for getting me in quickly for my eye injury. Everyone was awesome and friendly. Dr. Huegel scheduled me a Monday morning follow up appointment. She also informed a weekend duty colleague about my injury and gave me an emergency contact number in the event my condition worsened. "Great doctors and staff and support staff. Never had a bad experience. I would however suggest to figure out 'Split/partial billing'. I get the optometrist as a separate service from getting the 'glasses' made as a product but needs to have a smoother process."
