She would never ask anyone to do something she wouldn’t do first. She communicates clearly and with compassion. She is knowledgeable and always has a new way to strengthen and stretch and accommodate to at home exercises with items you would already have without buying new. Emily has a way of making you feel like not only is she your provider, but a friend cheering you on to do better every day. Because of her, I can see why Benchmark is so commonly and so well known. You want to be there, you don’t feel like you have to be there. I only wish I didn’t have to move so could’ve stayed to work along side her in the Weddington Road clinic longer."
