"The Rezum procedure that I experienced this past Wednesday was barbaric torture at its best. I was told that I would receive no anesthetics, but would be put in a state of near sleepiness and not to worry about any discomfort. After waiting in the room for an hour, the single Valium pill I was provided had zero effect. I then spent the next thirty minutes in excruciating pain while this procedure was performed. I find it hard to believe that in todays world of medicine there is not a more humane method for accomplishing the same result; and if not there needs to be a far more in depth explanation of the "discomfort" involved and duration of this procedure. Additional pain was the nine hundred dollar cost to have this torture performed on me. I will be loud and clear in my explanation to all friends, relatives, and anyone else who will listen about this heinous experience. I should have given ZERO stars but that was not a choice. In my opinion, this procedure should never be performed anywhere if there are not major changes in the specific methods and language used. I am so majorly disappointed in your medical group."

"Received a call to reschedule due to Dr scheduling issues. I kept the appointment as my husbands bloodwork showed we shouldn't wait longer. Had 8:30 am Apt. Didn't see Dr. until 10:20 am (yes we almost walked out) Dr had audacity to ask us "what took you so long to get here" when he saw my husbands bloodwork. He did exam and literally ran out of the room with little instruction and barely answered our questions. On our way home (10:35 am) my husband gets a call asking where he left his urine sample as they couldn't find it. He gave the sample at 9 am! What were they doing all that time?? Incompetence at it's best. Waste of our time and money. I would never recommend them to anyone."
