"I could only give this service 2 stars. There is a lack of consistent communication and follow up. We all are busy during this time of Covid juggling school and work but we must be effective communicators and follow thru on services. I gave No Bounds a chance last year when covid hit our Charlotte community in 2020. My son had been diagnosed with ADHD and OD. I have had issues throughout the program but was willing to stay because I like to patronize our black businesses here in the Charlotte area. But when productivity lapse and I get conflicting information between team members and the owner or there is a breakdown in communication it effects the needs of my son. Despite what I can do. I was very flexible and gave notification when I wasn't available. I kept the lines of communication open through text and phone calls but it takes everyone to have that imitative. We all have schedules but clarity and clear communication a common yet so important point is imperative when dealing with people lives ie., children and families. Making a compliant to Medicaid as well."
