"They are literally thieves. Our office had a large food order that was accidently dropped off at their store. Not only did they take the food, when we called them they lied and said they had tried to call us. When we said we would come get the food, they had eaten the food. Why shop somewhere full of thieves and liars?"

"Very RUDE Pharmacy Tech. I called in just to see if my diabetic insulin was as ready for pickup because there was a pre authorization needed. The lady picks up the phone, “HOLD PLEASE” and slams the phone down. Then told me, “don’t call the pharmacy, it ain’t ready, what you need to do is call your provider and ask them”. I felt horrible and humiliated like I was wrong by calling checking the status of my Rx."

"Never in my life have I been greeted by such rude pharmacy staff. I pulled through the drive through to pick up my prescription, as I have done for years, and the technician at the drive through said $110 and slammed open the window. When I asked her what changed because it has always been covered by my insurance, she said I don’t know call your insurance or it’s $110. I worked as a pharmacy tech years ago, and I know that you can read the notes in the system from the insurance company. I called the pharmacy to speak to the pharmacist, and she was able to give me a bit more information. When I told her that I was greeted by an extremely rude and unprofessional employee, she didn’t seem to care at all and felt like she was being bothered. I’m pulling all of my business from this pharmacy and will be sure to inform others of my experience. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. You would think a pharmacy in the South Park area would have more professional staff, including the pharmacist. They both acted as they should be working the windows at a McDonald’s instead."
