"I cannot thank the Veterinary Emergency Group enough tonight for their swift care and compassion for our baby girl ferret, Maya who was in crisis. They provided so much empathy, and comforted us in such a calm and supportive manner as we had to make the difficult decision to let Maya go peacefully. I am forever grateful! Thank you so very much!"
"I cannot express strongly enough, the excellent care that Binky received at VEG. When I brought Binky in, the team was waiting for Binky. They immediately got to work on Binky and made him comfortable. It was all hands on board. I received texts and calls every day, every shift. It was such a relief to know and get an update so often. I will never take my animals anywhere else. Veterinary Emergency Group has an amazing group of experienced clinicians and the receptionist was part of how great this place is run!"
"10+ stars all the way! Vets, techs, nurses, front desk and security were all amazing. They saved my baby’s life while letting me be right there the whole time, listening and answering any questions I had. I never once felt like I was bothering them, they all seemed like family even 5 minutes after walking through the door. Very knowledgeable, I saw them work many different situations in the 24 hours I was there and oh my gosh, the care they showed - to the owners, the pets, the extra love they gave to the ones who’s owners couldn’t stay. I feel that it made a huge difference in the outcome for my little guy with me being there to hold him, talk to him and comfort him through the night. Love the open concept, we’ll never go anywhere else. Pic when he got to feeling a little better and was getting a bit of his chihuahua spice back, he earned a “I’m Spicy” badge on his cage lol!"
"My sweet kitty had a severe asthma attack out of nowhere at 4:00 AM that woke us up. We rushed him over to the Veterinary Emergency Group and they quickly got him into an oxygen tank. They did an excellent job reassuring us, educating us, and keeping an eye on him while he stabilized. They were also dealing with 3 or 4 other emergencies at the same time, so we were impressed with their ability to jump from one emergency to another. Our sweet boy is now on daily medication, and we're so grateful for the Veterinary Emergency Group for helping him."
"Our German Shepherd was attacked and needed immediate emergency care. I did a quick Google search as it was 7 pm on a Saturday night and her regular Vet office was closed (as most offices are). I am so grateful the VEG care was open 24 hours and took her in immediately. All of the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The office worked well as a team to take care of our pup. Dr. Jon, Anthony and all the nurses were amazing. Our pup is feeling much better and healing well thanks to the care VEG gave her. I highly recommend if your pet needs emergency care."
