"They don’t even deserve one star!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!! Maria has HORRIBLE customer service!! I called last week to schedule an appointment, I spoke with a guy and he asked for me to send him my insurance info via text which I did but NEVER got a call back. I reached out 4 days later, still no response, so the I called again today and Maria answered. I explained the situation and she immediately made it seem Iike I had an attitude over the phone which I didn’t. I had her on car play. After asking for a supervisor she said I am the supervisor so the I asked for corporate number and she said “ what do you think this is Novant or Atrium, this is a private office, I’m the supervisor.” She then put me on hold then returned saying for me to call Medicaid and find another provider to go to!!!! Who does that?! I WILL BE SHOWING UP IN PERSON!!!!!! This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! Nothing but BAD HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!!! Do BETTER!!!!!"

"They tried to deny me a refill on a medication I been taking for years since I rescheduled an appointment since I couldn’t afford the copay at the time, the last time they gave me the runaround with it they had to call the ambulance because my blood pressure was extremely high. Only reason I go here is because of the convenience of it being close to my home."
"Terrible service! Do not go to!!! The “doctors“ don’t even know what they are doing and the medical staff needs to get in check they go back and forth changing testing codes. I’ve gone twice for an error I didn’t commit and of course they send you a bill with out calling to tell results first. I gave this place way too many chances for them not to correct their errors. "I've been going here since December. I've had two NP Changes since then, and the one i have now, didn't really know how to communicate with me that this location doesn't do Psyche Meds. I've been getting Psyche med refills for Venlafaxine Effexor, and in their defense, it was being refilled by an older PCP from another doctors office but somehow going through this facility and still being requested via this facility to my pharmacy. I should have addressed this instead of assuming it was okay. My fault in this is not paying enough attention. I recognize that. I got the notification Friday I needed a refill. I tried to call in but it just kept me on the hold line for 25 minutes. no one ever answered. I left my phone going while i worked from my work phone. I couldn't leave a voice mail. Now its Monday, I'm down to 3 days worth, and despite having gone last month with only one more refill left, NP Cano did not explain to me that I would need to get my meds from a Psychiatrist going forward, even though the main concern of this visit was being down to one more refill. Would have been nice information. Thank god Solari behavioral had a cancelation for today, otherwise I could end up hospitalized from withdrawel effects. Venlafaxine is a quick release anti-depressant, withdrawel effects can happen as soon as 20 hours after taking the last dose. And the effects are severe vertigo, vomiting, brain zaps, blurred vision among other incapacitating side effects that can lead to hospitalization. I tried to see if we could get another refill while i waited for an appointment. But no, Maria explained that that is what my last visit was for. But that was not explained to me. I went in, we had a discussion about what i was taking and how much, she scheduled me for a physical, I had even told her I was seeing a behavioral health specialist already. Not once did she say that she could not, that MC Family medical could not provide me with me medications. Maria was empathetic over the phone, even surprised that i was calling about psyche meds, she said they do not provide psyche meds at all and gave me a number to call. When i expressed i was upset she repeated i needed to call the number she gave me. It came off as very... 'nothing we can do, sorry not sorry'. IDK if the call dropped or she hung up on me, but the line clicked after she repeated i needed to call the number and went dead. So i can only assume, but i'll try not to. I'm upset. I feel like there is a distinct lack of communication between the staff and doctors and their clients. How have i been going here for 8 months and no one, not once, told me they don't do psyche meds??? When the main purprose of my visitations are mainly about those very psyche meds!!!!!"
