"this is a horrible place . Nurse other unqualified mid range provider called ambulance for my 18 year old daughter who came with the flu like symptoms to get an excuse for her university ,without prior medical history because she complained to pain in chest while coughing. She wasn’t able to rule out myocardial infarction and called ambulance so my daughter run away from that horrible place . after that, they failed to submit the correct claim to the insurance and billed her 184$."
"Refused to see my mother to check for a uti. There was several excuses why they couldn’t check her. One was time, it will be “be crowded later”, it will be to complicated when they didn’t even check her. They were concerned she couldn’t hold the cup and started coming up with excuses. Were not even listening to me. Telling me her confusion was acute when they don’t even know her mental state and wouldn’t listen. I don’t even know if she has a uti and they were saying it was too complicated to check. Wasted my time and another day of us not knowing. CVS telehealth assured me to take her in and they could test her. I still don’t understand the problem."
"I would have given no stars at all the service was awful, the nurse was so unpleasant to talk to and when I had called to see if I could still be seen because I accidentally went to the wrong clinic and I was only 5 minutes late. But I called and was told that I could still be seen because there was a 10-15 minute grace period. When the nurse went to check with the doctor she also refused to see me. Worst experience by far. DON’T GET SEEN HERE, you can tell they do not care. Please save yourself the hassle and head ache of the worst clinic you could go to."
"Scheduled an appointment online and was able to be seen that same day. Checked in at kiosk and did not have to wait at all for my appointment time. Staff was very friendly and the Nurse Practitioner sent my prescription to the CVS pharmacy per my request. Got my prescription 30 minutes later and spent less than one hour total at CVS."
"On May 29th, at 9:30 a.m., I discovered walk ins are NOT welcome and the provider was clearly not willing to do more than she absolutely had to. I asked if I could sit and wait for a no show and she said she didn't want me to waste my time and I should probably just make an appointment (for 2 days from now). I chose to sit and wait anyway. Sure enough at 9:47 a.m., there was NO ONE in the waiting area and she had finished with her patient. She saw me sitting there and went back in the office. After a couple of minutes I peeked in the office since she had left the door half open, and she was on Instagram. I asked if she could see me then. She said no that she has to wait 10 minutes for the next patient and so forth. Again, she said she hated to waste my time and she said I should make an appointment for the next available date. Well, thanks for nothing. Social media was more important! Next time, she should at least close the door."
