"Dr Oliphant and the entire night shift team (front desk, vet techs - I only caught Lakisha's name) provided excellent and prompt care to our dog during a late night emergency. This was our first time here and my husband and I were really blown away by how accomodating and compassionate everyone was during the entire process. Highly recommend."

"I had called ahead of time to get details just in case my female Pomeranian went into labor overnight, and Megan was absolutely amazing over the phone. She was very helpful, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I ended up having to go over there in the middle of the night and Dr. DeLong and Riley were amazing! I called ahead to say I was on my way with the puppy and the mommy and when I got there Riley was waiting at the door for me! She whisk the puppy back as soon as possible as I brought Zoe in. The entire experience was very heartwarming, welcoming, calming, and they were amazing! Dr Delong came out to talk to me and let me know everything I needed to know before I left to go home. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone. I was there years ago under a different owner and the experience was not good. If you need emergency care at anytime day or night, I would highly recommend you go to them as they truly care about you and your furry friends and want to give the best care! Thank you, Diane"

Through all of the check ups, bloodwork, and up through yesterday when we had to let him cross the rainbow bridge, they were amazing throughout the whole process. Jenna had Dr Christian Erickson the first time she needed specialty care and we saw Dr. Tripp Oliphant through the ER yesterday. While her prognosis is terminal, we have answers & were met with honesty and deep compassion from everyone. I wish human medicine had this type of team. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
