"Do NOT go here . The staff is terrible TERRIBLE . The BCBA ( if I’m saying it right ) Harley Pearl who initially was there isn’t anymore and she was what was keeping the place together . She was punctual and always kept you up to date with your kid and their progress . Always met with you . Any time you would send a message on the app you would always get a response , but as soon as she left which was kind of abrupt everything ! I mean EVERYTHING changed . They didn’t have a BCBA in place it was one person then another person and then that person left and then communication stopped . They had a whole new set of rules and they were extremely rude and insensitive. Gave my son’s grandmother a hard time when picking him up literally acted as if she never came there before to get him . Then they Discharged my son one day ( abruptly ) after failing to continue meetings and updates we had a little going back n forth . No warning nothing just sent me an email informing me of a date that they were ending his services . Sweet teachers but the people running it or the upper management just not a good place to deal with"

Also, if they can't deal with credit cards, only paypal, they should tell people that at the beginning of the test. I don't want a paypal account, I have not yet needed a paypal account, and I wasted my time taking the test. I am leaving two stars only because I assume they may be good on actual therapy, from reading the other reviews. Anyway, I went to another website that was more forthcoming, and didn't charge a cent, and found I had autistic tendencies. This is what I suspected."
