Every single employee was friendly, considerate and outstanding! So much easier than going through the whole hospital system for outpatient surgery."

"I recently had shoulder surgery with Dr. Gulickson at Matthews Surgery Center. I was so impressed from my initial interview with one of the nurses going over my medical and medication history to being rolled out to my car. My experience with the registration desk, pre-op, surgical suite, and post-op care was superior! As a nurse myself, I know first hand how busy all of this can be and sometimes we get so involved in the procedures that the personalized experience can be compromised to some extent. However this was not my experience at Matthew's surgery Center. They did an outstanding job! Everyone was so welcoming, kind, compassionate, and professional. They all participated in making my experience an excellent one. I highly recommend this surgery center."

"Workers are very nice. Billing is annoying. Originally they quoted me a price and every week it seemed to be more and more added on. Then they call looking for the money when it’s paid in full. They don’t even update their systems. Would be nice if they actually called to see how you faired. Dirty rugs in the waiting room. With all they charge you think they replace the filthy rug."

"The surgical center was good. But the billing is horrid. They quote you one price I understand that may just be a estimate. Even though they said it was paid in full! Then when you get the real bill and try paying in three parts since the real bill ended up beening a thousand more,They keep calling you. I told them we will pay in three payments as I have been, then they harass you every day after agreeing to the three parts. The numbers for billings goes to a voicemail only. What's really sad is you need to rest and not be dealing with nonsense after a surgery. I rather pay more and have it in a hospital. Not happy!"

"Had hand surgery 10/19/20 and had an excellent experience. From pre-op, staff check in, the nursing staff, the anesthesiology and AWESOME surgeon, Marcus Briones, MD. No complaints about this facility at all. Great being able to do it at on OP center instead of the hospital."
