"Anyone or any family in desperate need of help, Transcend Ed/ RISE is a MUST! Everyone was so fantastic! They literally SAVED our daughter’s life and deeply impacted ours!! Their Program Director is amazing and genuine. Therapists , nutritionists/dietary are incredible and all the staff members are very knowledgeable yet down to earth. They truly understand the struggle and give you the tools to fight. If you are willing to change for the better, Transcend is THE PLACE TO DO IT. We drove from out of state to find them! AMAZING place!!!"
"Before coming to Transcend, our daughter spent some time at UNC Chapel Hill and Clementine, Atlanta. The director at Transcend has been very kind and compassionate since our first phone conversation. You can see her heart for the clients here AND she is very well versed in her field. Transcend was the first program that our daughter trusted and was able to connect with the staff. This is a very important part of recovery for her. We have been able to communicate with the staff as needed and are the kind of parents that do stay in the loop. We have always been given the truth about our daughter's progress and treated with respect and kindness by all staff. The director has done a pheromonal job in staffing and I am confident she will continue. It is hard to explain our experience here, but it's been the best we have found. I feel like the staff does a really good job being personable and individualizes more than other programs that have the same claim. It's a breath of fresh air to be a part of a program that not only says they will do things, but actually follows through. If you are able to get your loved one help here, count it as a blessing!!"
"transcend really helped me and i’m so glad i got treatment here. the staff is very kind and accepting. the therapists and dietary staff really care and want to see you succeed. i am incredibly grateful for my treatment team at transcend and the time i spent here :)"
"I couldn't be more grateful to the staff here at every level. They all genuinely care about you as a person,I have never felt like an insurance number being pushed through a system. There were days I just could not find the strength to do this program and they met me where I was at ,gave me just enough space and then became my strength pushing me until I could do it on my own again. Every program has its bumps, but in reality it is normally the ED finding faults to get you to quit, forever grateful for this place , experience, and staff. I highly recommend Transcend ED treatment center."
"Started off fine and it seemed things will be great but it very quickly went down hill. They have terrible professionalism and communication. For example, I received a whole email where the program director didn’t even know my child’s age and went on that she was to young for their program when she is actually the exact age the program advertises for. I was never allowed to communicate with the doctor regarding medication changes. We waited for days and days for clinical records to be sent to a higher level of care and they never sent it. Thankfully our pediatrician took care of it so I could get my child out of there and to real professionals who know what they’re doing. In short, I wouldn’t sent my dog here for ‘treatment.’ Don’t waste your child’s precious time here. This is a complete waste of time and your kiddo deserves better. Find somewhere that can give them the help they really need!"
