"I came for a follow up that was Referred by my orthopedic in Ballantyne since this was closer to home. I seen Dr Katherine Foster she kept asking me questions about my car accident like the speed, weather, street and etc. she saw that my knees was bruised and it hurt when she tried to move them around. I told her I had started therapy and getting a MRI soon. She seem like she didn’t believe me even when I asked for a doctor excuse for work. She lied and told me she can’t write me one. I had to change my tone and tell her I didn’t feel comfortable working without getting a MRI bc my job requires a lot of walking. Now that I got my MRI results and see that my knees have major issues. I wouldn’t trust coming back there."

"During my first visit I felt cared for and not just treated as another patient. The nurse and physician took their time to hear my concerns and listen to what is going on with my health. Dr Thakur is friendly and personable. An MrI was ordered and much to my suprise and delight I got a text that the office had taken it upon themselves to schedule the MrI for me just a few days later. Normally you have to wait for radiology to call you and get it set up but the office had done my prior auth and scheduled for me. When I couldn’t get a follow up visit in the office for 7 weeks I sent an email asking for any recs from now until then for care and the office called to get me worked in much sooner. I am very impressed with this office and Dr Thakur and his staff. Wonderful experience. Can’t say enough good things."
