"I have been using this facility for years now and have continued to have problems getting refills. I requested a refill multiple days ago. You’d think that getting a refill on your BIPOLAR medication would be of top priority, but clearly it isn’t. I have called and talked to someone multiple times. Gone back and forth between the pharmacy and the doctors office, but the doctors haven’t messaged back the pharmacy. The receptionists here are normally sassy and rude when you try to ask questions and advocate for yourself. I am at an absolute loss of words with how disappointed I am. I want to be on the right track, but how can I be when I don’t have my meds? I will be looking for a new doctor and suggest anyone considering this place does the same."
"My son got referred here by his primary doctor. I received a miss call from them yesterday, immediately called back and was hold for 20 mins. Decided I would just call today. I called at 8:45 this morning and was answered by cursing on the other line for 3 minutes until they hung up. I called his primary back and asked them to refer him some where else as he would NOT be going here. His primary dr told me I should call back and speak to a manager about it. I called back was on hold for 20 mins again. Called back 30 mins later and was answered by another rude person who told me there is no manager there, there is no one in charge there, but they could “take a message” I have a very strong feeling that I won’t be receiving a call and that’s okay cause my son won’t be going there now anyways. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble of using them"
"I would not give them any stars. My father had an appointment this morning at 9 am. We arrived at the address provided on my chart @ 8:35 it lead us to the hospital across the street. We had to go to the front desk after going to 3rd floor of hospital and get directions to the correct location across the street. I immediately called the office @ 8:11 and was put on eternal hold. I explained when they answered the phone that we had wrong address to not fault of ours and we were on our way. We went immediately to correct address and arrived a few minutes after 9:15. Literally a few minutes. I was never told by staff when I called about the 15 min policy. They refused to see my dad after 3 months of waiting for this appointment. I explained my dad had a head injury and was struggling very badly and we were referred to many doctors and they are working with him but this was a crucial part to his recovery and that a 3 month reschedule date was not acceptable. There was literally no one in the lobby the very rude admin in the front was explained by me that I had spoken to someone and why we were late she said it is a policy and she contacted the “provider “ if you want to call him that and he said he would not see him!!! What???? Are you kidding me again I say there was absolutely no one in the lobby. “Dr.” Michael Whitman you and your staff are a joke and I have never in my life had a doctor with no concern refuse to see his patients because of a stupid policy for a legitimate error on your part. I would not refer my dog to this practice or this so-called dr!"
"The therapist I saw 2x was excellent. Unfortunately, the practice is understaffed to provide what most people would consider therapy to patients. After waiting 2 months to get an appointment, the therapist cautioned me they are currently scheduling appointments for every 4 weeks, but I might get in sooner if I go on the waitlist. When I got to reception to schedule my next appointment, they corrected me that they are currently booking appointments every 10 weeks. On top of that, I have had numerous issues with billing even through I paid cash at the time of service. All in all, I think I have spent as much time on the phone with billing as I did in my 2 therapy appointments."
"2 stars because Dr. Griffin is incredible and deserves 5 stars but the Admin office contacted someone who was not a legal guardian of our child to confirm our appointment and that stranger cancelled the appointment. Obviously, the verification process was not followed because that person would not have been able to verify our child's information and they would have realized they called the wrong person. We lost our appointment that we waited several months for with just an offer to go on the waiting list and jump when they say an opening is available. This is not a respectable remedy for an internal error. Very frustrated and disappointed in this climate where waiting for care is to join a long waiting list. To make matters worse, they called me back 15 minutes before the cancelled appointment time and said that they would be willing to honor the appointment after all and that it was okay if I was 15 minutes late, but not 16 minutes late - and then "never mind I'm sorry your daughter is at school" because since I would have to go pick up my daughter from school (like was I planning to do 30 minutes ago) before the appointment got cancelled, we might still be more than 15 minutes late. Honestly, this kind of back and forth and gaslighting CREATES mental health problems."
