"Very nice atmosphere and pleasant service but honestly the sugaring technique was not great and resulted in a lot of broken off hair that grew back as quickly as shaving. I've been having my legs sugared for about 20 years and I do not shave inbetween appts. I typically only need it done twice a year now. Decided to try this business and could immediately feel stubble after the procedure. Three weeks later the hair had grown back. I would not recommend this business. There are other places in Charlotte that do a better job and aren't as expensive."

"Truly the most amazing staff. Kristen the owner is truly incredible at what she does! I get both facials as well as sugaring done here and have nothing but good things to say. I have done sugaring with multiple of the ladies here and they all do such a wonderful job. I get facials with Kristen and she has done wonders for my face even during pregnancy and postpartum when I had to be a little more careful with what I used. I am so grateful for this place and will be a forever customer!"

"I have to say this facility is really inviting and staff is also friendly.y first visit was very pleasant. Went for a full bikini sugaring. My first appointment was set with Kristen who is really nice. Made me feel comfortable. She is really good with her skills. Got a little info pkg on my way out. As far as prices for their services , we'll, I have not been to other sugaring services. Rr could use a bit of touch up here and there. I do like this place and have booked my future appointment. Going from hot wax to sugaring I do have to say it's an experience worth a try."
