"The worst place to go for care let alone an injury. If you are looking for care or concern for your well-being this office lacks bedside manner, empathy, and overall just respect and concern for its patients as a whole! I have family that goes to this office and when I got injured they referred here. I had been one other time for bronchitis and swore I’d never go back after the way I was treated the first time! But this time triumphed even the first. I spent $145 (no insurance) for a visit that I explained all my symptoms to the front desk just to be told when the doctor walked in within two minutes of my appointment to go to the Er, “we don’t have the correct imaging here for you anyway and if you’re in that much pain the ER is best suited for you, not here!” $145 right before Christmas with an expected injury that I explained these symptoms to the front desk they never suggested to go to the ER. The symptoms should’ve been in my notes in my chart had the doctor reviewed this or my chart prior to my appointment I could’ve been called and told that. My vitals were taken and weight and I spent two minutes with the doctor to be told rudely go to the ER and not only that she scoffed at me like I should’ve known go to the ER nor did she refer me to the ER. I had a broken tailbone which was proven after waiting six hours at the ER. The CT scan was not referred into the ER by this doctor so I didn’t have to wait as long at the ER and I was informed that by the ER doctor himself she could’ve requested that and should’ve as much pain as I was in! The lack of care and the rude and ugly bedside manner this doctor displayed should ban her from ever “caring” for a dog let alone patients. These doctors take an oath to provide care and empathy to there patients. There not only was no care concern or even empathy for my injury or pain she looked disgusted by me taken aback like I should’ve known to go to the ER for a broken bone and not the doctors office, then were else should I go? I waited two days my injury occurred on a Monday, thinking it was just bruised until the pain became so unbearable I couldn’t walk or move hardly just to be treated like a burden and a waste of life. I’d never ever recommend this office to anyone as this is the second doctor I’ve seen at this office thats shown outright disrespect and disregard for its patients and there care! I didn’t make her choose to be a doctor she chose that! Her lack of any personality, relatability, and bedside manner are appalling that you have given her this platform/opportunity to provide your patients with such awful care! The first time I went to this office was for bronchitis, and you would’ve thought by the way I was treated I had a highly contagious disease or the plague!"

"I've been a Novant Health patient for years. Dr. Cain always enters the patient room with a smile and shakes my hand. He allows me to talk about any health concerns and he is very knowledgeable about any questions I ask him...I trust him and will remain his patient as long as he's there."
